Panama City's 2nd Annual Festival of Trees was held December 9-10th at the Bay County Fairgrounds.  More than 34 organizations entered about 40 trees, wreaths and table-top displays in the contest that brought attention to the growing ministry of Bethel Village for women and children.

Neysa Wilkins, Rebecca Daffin and Mary D'Aoust served as judges awarding ribbons based on original theme, portrayal of theme and overall appeal.
