Aftercare

Seeking the Least, the Last and the Lost of Panama City, Fla. The Mission is dedicated to helping those who cannot help themselves.

Recovery is tested when clients transition into society as independent citizens, through the guidance and fellowship of other Christians both within and outside of the Mission.

Aftercare Model

Objective: To coordinate multi-environments in which graduates of the Power to Choose program can develop the necessary relationships making possible the transition over time into successful, independent living.

Weekly Support Group

Graduates will be invited to participate in a weekly support group environment reinforcing program principles with Biblical studies.

Church Involvement

To encourage graduates to attend and become involved in a local church. To have each student seek out a mentor in that church and relate to them on a consistent basis.

Work Place

Each graduate will be encouraged to find a Christian-friendly work environment. Donors and contributors of the Mission will be asked to provide these environments along with oversight.

Social Activities

Monthly and or quarterly social activities will be integrated into the program to instill confidence in students as to the availability of clean, Christian social environments.
